How long does an executive career transition usually take?
Most senior searches we support run three to nine months from kickoff to accepted offer, depending on level, geography, and the specificity of the target. We build the strategy, materials, and search cadence to keep momentum throughout.
Do you work with clients outside Oregon?
Yes. The Vellian Group is a national practice. Engagements are delivered by video from anywhere in the United States, with in-person sessions available for senior executive search when useful.
